Exhibition Information
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the exhibition within the framework of the XIX Congress and General Assembly of the International Union of Crystallography - IUCr. The exhibition will complement and enrich the program and reflect its wide scope, providing the participant with the opportunity to examine the modalities discussed by the speakers.

Being located nearby the airport and railway station, the center is easily accessible, and provides excellent facilities for this type of meeting. The exhibition hall situated conveniently nearby the session halls and registration desks. Poster sessions and Internet cafe, together with refreshment areas, will be located in the Exhibition Hall.

Rental Rates
$330 (US dollars) per 1 square meter. All prices are excluding VAT.
Minimum stand: 9sqm (3m x 3m). Enlargements are possible by increments of 3sq.m
Space assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. The price includes standard stand construction, listing of exhibitors in official program, exhibitors' badges according to stand size and refreshments during coffee breaks.

Standard Stand
Modular stand consists of white painted hardwood panels in aluminum frames (250cm height) and sign bearing name of exhibiting firm in standard lettering.

Exhibitors are welcome to modify any spaces to their specific requirements.
Exhibit management will be pleased to discuss all custom orders.

Space Allocation
A completed application form accompanied by advance payment should be mailed to the exhibition manager to ensure reservation of desired location. Upon receipt of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an invoice for the balance due will be mailed. Three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space assignments will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. Advance payment will be refunded if space is fully booked or space offered is not acceptable to exhibitors.

Terms of Payment
Application for exhibit space must be accompanied by 50% of total price.
Methods of payment:

Option 1: Cheque payable to Conexpo Organizers of Exhibitions, Ltd.
Option 2: Bank Transfer: Conexpo Organizers of Exhibitions, Ltd.

Option 3: Credit Card

The balance will be due on confirmation of space assignment and receipt of invoice, and no later than 30 days prior to the opening of the exhibition. After this date, a surcharge of 25% will be added.

In case of cancellation received (in writing) up to 60 days before the opening date, 75% of the total charge will be refunded, providing that the space can be reassigned.
